Hello there and thanks for stopping by. I'm Mikayla. I'm a recent grad of the George Washington University in DC and studied environmental policy and sustainability. Currently, I teach and practice yoga throughout DC and South Florida. I love the earth and I love doing yoga on the earth.

When I decided to start this blog, I made a promise to myself to keep it as authentic and truthful as possible. Less about beautiful handstands and more about the sweaty, frustrating process of getting there. I seek to create a space here for creative expression and spiritual inquiry, while infusing as much loving-kindness into the process as possible. Hope you're into that sort of thing :)
